Pinal County Food Handlers Requirements
Pinal county requires all food workers to obtains a food handler’s permit within 30 days of hire. Even those working at temporary food establishments or an event must be certified. As long as the course is ANSI accredited, individuals can choose the course or the format. In addition, the county requires at least one person in charge to be a certified Food Protection Manager.
